MANAGEMENT TEAM
Tony Lamecker brings over 15 years of industry experience to Stage House with long-time
business relationships with some of the largest clients in the industry. He has an extensive
background in the engineering and management of mid-size to high profile scenic
productions. Tony's portfolio consists of productions for clients such as the Bellagio, Venetian,
Ford Fleet, Mercedes Benz, Nissan, Pepsi, Cisco Systems and Acura. Tony's career began
working for Prop Houses fabricating and installing scenery for events ranging from wedding and
dinner galas to early theatre style Las Vegas strip shows. The experience gained in the actual
installation of these events led to a promotion to engineer and manage corporate industrials.
His career progressed to the position of account executive with a few of Las Vegas’ largest
scenery companies. Tony has maintained a positive relationship with casino executives and
many of the larger production companies in the industry. Always staying true to his roots, he
continually grows his relationships with the labor unions and those who helped pave the way to
his ultimate goal: to open a scenery company that embodies all of the basic principles needed
to perform efficient, cost effective solutions to the industry's needs. In addition to his
professional accomplishments, Tony is an avid motocross enthusiast with several MRAN races
under his belt.
Cynthia Lamecker brings over eight years of project and operations management to Stage
House. She began her career in 1998 working as a project manager for DuPont Flooring
Systems, a flooring contractor for the Las Vegas builder community. During this time, Cynthia
was responsible for the flooring installation of over 28 new home communities. Her career
progressed to a promotion to account manager, overseeing the accounts of D.R. Horton, Centex
Homes and Lennar Homes, worth $20 million in annual revenues. Her career progressed to
Branch Manager of the company, securing her position through two company acquisitions and
overseeing 35 employees, a design center and three labor sub-contractor accounts. This
position included transitioning employees and customers to the new owner, Owens Corning,
while securing new accounts and the prior owner’s legal obligations. Throughout her tenure, she
was responsible for all operations of the branch, meeting all clients regularly as well as weekly
participation in regional management sessions. Cynthia resigned from the company in
February 2006 to oversee the sale of a small, family owned pool service company. Cynthia
holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada in Criminal Justice and
a second degree from the University of Maryland in General Curriculum. Outside of professional
interests, Cynthia is an avid motocross enthusiast working as a "pit boss" for several of Tony's
MRAN races.
